Stein v. The Queen, (2013 TCC Woods) — If your employer fails to withhold taxes, you still must pay them

If your employer doesn’t withhold taxes, must you still pay them?  Yes, even if your employer is the Government of Canada, and you’re an employment insurance adjudicator.
